Schengen Area · Student visa
Degree study of more than 90 days in one Schengen state.
Expect 30 to 90 working days once the file is lodged. An in-person interview is required. Biometrics are collected at the centre.
Set by the mission. Paid to them, not to us, and non-refundable whatever the outcome.
Checklist preparation, document review, appointment booking and tracking through to the decision.
30–90 working days once lodged.
We go through the checklist with you, tell you what is missing, and order the file the way the mission expects to receive it.
A visa officer checks every page. Anything weak — a thin bank statement, an unsigned NOC — is flagged before it costs you a refusal.
We book the earliest slot at the Schengen Area mission or its visa centre and confirm it with you in writing.
You attend with the originals. Where biometrics are required they are captured at the same visit.
The embassy clock starts. We track the file and tell you the moment its status changes.
We collect the passport and call you the same day, whatever the outcome.
0 of 12 required documents ready. Tick each one as you gather it.
Submitting this does not file anything with the embassy. A visa officer reviews your details, confirms the fee, and books the appointment before anything is lodged.
