What the days actually look like.
Hajj is booked a year ahead against a government-allocated quota, and this package is registered under the Ministry of Religious Affairs private-tour scheme. Everything about it — the tent category at Mina, the distance to the Jamarat, the doctor who travels with the group — is stated plainly here because those are the things that actually differ between operators.

Hajj travel is governed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and the Saudi Hajj authority. Seats depend on the quota allocated to this agency for the year, and the package is only confirmed once Ministry registration is filed. Dates move with the lunar calendar and the published flight schedule; tent and accommodation categories may be reassigned by the authorities. Cancellation terms follow the Ministry schedule, not ours, and are set out in the registration pack.
