What the days actually look like.
A short, well-paced escape built around the two hours a day when Cox's Bazar is at its best. You will be on the sand before the tour buses arrive and eating grilled rupchanda while everyone else queues at the buffet.

Dhaka to the coast
Overnight coach south, arriving for a late breakfast. Check in, then the afternoon is yours — most people sleep. Sunset walk at Laboni, dinner at a fisherman-run grill on the beach road.

Inani and Himchari
Leave at six for Inani while the tide is still out and the rock shelves are exposed. Himchari waterfall and viewpoint before lunch. Free afternoon, then the Maheshkhali crossing by country boat for the Adinath temple and the betel-leaf gardens.

Dawn boats, then home
Up at five to meet the fishing fleet coming in at Nazirartek — the largest dry-fish yard in the country and the reason to set an alarm. Late breakfast, checkout, and the coach north.
